Fablashes Multipack

These seem completely different than my previous orders. The lashes aren’t curled and are more flat making them look huge like on a Barbie doll. The others I’ve had many compliments because they say those lashes seem natural, these not so much. Would like to exchange them but don’t know if you have the lashes I would want. And I’m thinking I’d have to use my own money to return them. Please advise Thx Marie
