Blushed Liquid Blush

I am very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order on June 19 and did not receive it until July 31. It took more than a month for a single blush to arrive. The tracking was stuck for weeks with almost no updates, and I had to contact customer service several times just to find out where my package was. Although the support team was polite and replied to my emails, I mostly received generic responses telling me to keep waiting. The delivery process was extremely slow and stressful. I was also worried about possible customs fees because there was very little information during transit. The product itself is fine, but the overall shipping experience was unacceptable. I would not order again unless the shipping process is significantly improved.
