Hydrolock works

LOVE my bag. well designed. Great material. Very comfortable. I moved up from a Nomadic EDC I've been using for years. While good, this is BETTER. On the plus side, the hydrolock stows easily within the zippered pocket when you don't want it, and stretches well to stow water bottles of varying sizes when you do. it's a little fiddly to attach.but easy to get the hang of. I'll probably just leave it on. On the "perhaps improve somehow" side...the zippered pocket is blocked when the hydrolock is in use, Not a big deal given there are MANY MORE nice places on this bag to put stuff. The zipper to the main compartment can also be blocked when Hydrolock attached BUT just plan ahead to position zippers correctly.

Perfect fit for my fyro t22 in xpac, like that it can be engaged when needed and hidden away when not. Still plenty of room in the back pocket even with it fully inside it.

Regardless of side felt very tight to hold any size water bottle.
