I use Gluten Shield MD even when cooking for myself and feel confidently gluten-free. I have too many other food sensitivities to avoid, and Gluten Shield helps me cope.

So far no problem taking the product, but I did not like the wasteful plastic bubble envelope it was shipped in. The product is already in a plastic container, shipping material could have been paper of cardboard which I can recycle. Please become more sustainable in you shipping material, other companies have. I am surprised Terry Wahls is not more into a sustainable environment.
