A must have for bedtime!!

The Sleep formula is the last thing I do at night before heading to bed! It’s tell my brain that it’s time to go to sleep”Sleep”! Grateful for it!

Sadly, no magic bullet for me

I had hoped this would be a magic bullet for me after reading so many reviews that said it was wonderful. It does smell delightful, but truly I have noticed no difference in my sleep. I tried it on the bottom of my feet and even tried it behind my ears and the back of my neck. I'm glad I tried it but since it hasn't made a difference, I won't be buying it again!

So far, I've loved it. I haven't had it very long, butI i've used it for 3 nights in a row and feel like I've slept better. I'm still waking up too early, but I reapply the oil and go back to sleep instead of my mind kicking in to high gear. Thank you for another great oil!
