I feel good knowing I have my nutritional bases covered knowing I have to couple this nutritional supplement with a whole foods diet. Still a bit early to detect any distinct changes in my ms condition but I feel good taking this supplement.

Gives me a little energy!

I take one with two meals per day...works for me!
