I love this tool. It has quickly become a favorite for me when shaping seats. Being able to go bevel up or down, push or pull, it allows me to shape a seat with ease, only switching it out for a low-angle spokeshave to clean up any rough spots. I haven't used it yet for spoons, but I have no doubt it will excel there, as well. A+ tool.

Really happy with the tool. It was sharp out of the box and what I've come to expect from Lonon Tools, is the beautiful craftsmanship of this tool. It works great, bevel up or down. I need a bit more practice with it, but I'm glad to have this tool instead of a drawknife.

The push pull shave has become my go-to tool for working up spoon blanks on the spoon mule. The tool can easily work bevel up or bevel down, the handle geometry is ideal for working in tight spaces like the transition areas on spoons. As to be expected from Lonon Tools, the edge is sharp and ready to use out of the box. I continue to be impressed with the workmanship and thoughtful design from all the Lonon tools I have and use everyday.
