You can’t taste it. Flavor with whatever healthy taste you like. Works best if you add the powder on top of the wet ingredients. I use my Ninja Bullet., ad a little plain Greek yogurt, little bit of fruit juice & pieces of banana- yummm

This has got to be the best tasting protein shake I’ve ever had. It doesn’t have that strong “protein” flavor, and the flavor packets are delicious. They use good ingredients and the calorie count is low.
