Game changer!

Been taking 5 months now
I love that this is breastfeeding friendly. I’ve been taking these everyday since January as I know ashwagandha needs time to build up in your system. Sometimes I’m not sure if it’s making a difference but then i definitely notice a difference in my mood when I don’t take it that day
