I love the convenience of the packs and that the ingredients are good quality! Unfortunately I am having a hard time with nausea/vomiting during my pregnancy and find it difficult to take these without a decent size meal as they seem to make the nausea worse.

Easy peasy
Honestly I’ve had so many problems with prenatal’s in my past pregnancies, so I tried bird&bee and it’s been the easiest to take and not throw up afterwards! Just about to switch to the postnatal’s.

Affordable Prenatal
Love this prenatal! It has the right amount of all needed ingredients to make a great prenatal. Easy to travel with the individual packets. My only critique would be to offer this without the iron tablet. This would be nice for those who can’t take supplemental iron due to medical conditions ( not a huge deal, I just throw out the iron tablet, but hate to be so wasteful).
