I would love to say that this review is based on being able to try this styling tool out, but I ordered it the 20th of August and have watched it go into “out for delivery” status and “arrives today” for several days, go back into “processing” and then back into “arrives today” for the last 4 days. Since the 26th of August, I’ve watched it sit in Philadelphia and go absolutely nowhere. Meanwhile, I live 30 minutes from Philly. I’ve contacted both Tymo and their ridiculous shipping company and both just gave the whole “oh we know this must be so frustrating, but you know…logistics” type of response. Buyer beware - the 5-7 business days Tymo to allow for shipping is more like 15 business days…and counting.

The temp and air flow controls are in a place where you can easily accidentally adjust them while youre using the product.
