Pilatesstick® Basic Kit Package

I had this product from 14 years ago and it was great. I got alot of use out of it after a back surgery, it was recommended to me by my surgeon. One of the stretchy parts broke recently so I had to buy a new one. The new version is so different in many ways. The nylon strap connections have very sharp edges that dig and scrape your sides. The old one had smooth latex type covered connections. The new stretchy bands barely stretch at all. The connector strap pieces have a large tail type piece that gets in the way of trying to take on and off the carabiner connectors. Sadly I will need to return this item.

I did you tube as how to place it over the door . Assembly wasn’t precise enough for me. I tried a few moves and love it! So easy to use. Your producer was recommend by one of my fitness trainers! Thank you, Kathryn

More specific instructions should be included. I would like to know how far I should be from the door, how high to set it for my height etc.Including more exercises would be helpful as well. It really is nothing like the reformer tower
