My experience
So far we can can feel the boost from it and the best part about it is the workouts is more calm/very conscious of what I’m actually doing, muscles don’t fatigue as fast and it’s not too much meaning I still get my regular sleep/ no jitters etc. my opinion so far. The flavor was sour gummy worm and taste great especially if someone is a fan of it.
