Amazing customer service & I love my new phone grip!

There was a small issue with shipping (wrong tracking number), but they responded immediately, resent another one, and when the original arrived, they told me to keep it as a backup. Now I love it twice as much—LOL. Seriously, top-notch customer service! As for the grip—it felt a little tight at first, but it’s super comfortable in my hand. It’s really just the initial fit when getting your fingers in, but it’s already loosening up slightly and becoming easier. Since it’s a stretchy material, I think it just needs a short break-in period. Also, the magnet feature? Game changer. I didn’t think I’d care about it, but now I’m so glad I went with this one!

Quite literally can not use my phone without my love handle. I got a new case, so I had to get a new love handle. Needless to say the few days of not having one, made me realize what a great product this is. Highly recommend!!!
