The product looks like a clean refined powder. I did notice fuller muscles without any water retention that I noticed from the previous product I was using previously.

I have tried so many creatines and simply could not get past how gritty they are - it was a huge barrier to making it part of my daily routine. Puori Creatine+ dissolves completely in liquid. It has exceeded my expectations - I genuinely can tell a difference in my brain fog which started almost immediately. Highly impressed!

I've been taking creatine for about 5 months now and only in the past month switched from random drugstore brands to Puori. What drew me to Puori was their certifications including the Clean Label Project - NONE of the other brands I had previously been buying had anything like that. I feel much better taking this :) That said, it's hard to say exactly that I'm feeling a difference physically. Within more time, I hope to have more to report!
