Molcajete

UPDATE: I have been contacted by Sharon, good customer service! Masienda issued an exchange of the 9in Molcajete. I did also recived a discount code by them, customer services was 5/5. I just recived my order and there's is a chip present at the bottom of the 9-inch molcajete bowl, and small rock fragments are flaking from this chip. I have already contacted customer service regarding this issue. I will update my rating after I have communicated with Masiendas customer service their resolution for the chipped molcajete bowl, whether it be a refund or a replacement. (Still waiting for someone to contact me to resolve this issue.)

There is a deep chip in the bottom of the bowl of the chico molcajete on the inside and pieces of rock continue to flake out of the chip. I have reached out to customer service. I will adjust the rating accordingly after communicating with Masiendas customer service in regards in handling the chip in the bowl of the molcajete (refund or replacement) Masienda customer service issued a complete exchange on the Chico molcajete, no questions asked. Customer service also offered a coupon code for the inconvenience. So far their customer service is 5 stars out of 5 stars

This molcajete is really nice. Lots of surface area and really stable. Customer service from masienda is great too, thank you Sharon
