Blue Cotton Candy

Tastes just how you would expect. Good, but after tasting their other flavors, this one just isn't as good as their beans with strawberry notes.

we enjoy this coffee, the beans presenting a very smooth profile, whether espresso or drip, although it is not quite our preferred flavor, it remains a nice coffee beans.

I served this at a coffee cart I run on weekends and it was a big hit. It truly does taste like blue cotton candy. From my SCA-certified coffee expert friend to someone totally new to coffee, everyone who tried it was a big fan. It'll be a recurring single origin option on my cart.
