In less than a month this product reversed two years worth of constipation issues caused by endometriosis and then a twin pregnancy. I am honestly amazed and very happy to be going regularly again

Getting Slow Steady Improvement

I noticed a difference right away. While it’s not a magic wand, I am better able to eliminate and the pain is subsiding. This coupled with Upper GI Relief has really improved my pain and I’m starting to titrate down on the Miralax. I think this is a slow program, so don’t expect to be healed right away. I could upgrade this to 5 starts if I’m able to get off the laxative, ie be regular AND pain free.

Not as effective as I’d hoped

I’ve been using Regularity for a month now and haven’t seen a change in my… regularity. I read that it works best when coupled with the fiber supplement. I think it would be worth a try. However, as far as regularity goes, Motility has been most helpful for me.
