Regularity - A Non-Laxative Constipation Solution

I am in the slow motility portfolio and in my 4th mos of the cleanse phase. Overall I have improved greatly but still add the regularity as needed.

After 4 mos of use, I cant say that it solves the problem. But it certainly does help. I take it at nite w one Motility and one capsule for regularity that I get from my accupincturist. It takes a village to deal w regularity.

Getting Slow Steady Improvement

I noticed a difference right away. While it’s not a magic wand, I am better able to eliminate and the pain is subsiding. This coupled with Upper GI Relief has really improved my pain and I’m starting to titrate down on the Miralax. I think this is a slow program, so don’t expect to be healed right away. I could upgrade this to 5 starts if I’m able to get off the laxative, ie be regular AND pain free.
