Meh.

The probiotics don’t mix very easily into liquid, unless you shake it like crazy. No big deal. I’m a very healthy and active person overall without many health concerns. Thought these might help my digestion, but had no impact. Maybe they did on metrics I was unable to measure. Very expensive and too much packaging. I’d rather my packaging be eco friendly over sleek.
