After 1 month no noticeable improvement
Used along side the seaweed capsules. Been using for a month and haven’t noticed any improvement. Will carry on using the seaweed capsules on their own. Noticed a huge improvement on my skin and nails.

Menopause supplements
I know how important being constant is with anything in life.
The benefits is helping my body . I have alot of other health issues so it's difficult to feel if it's one certain thing that helps. Will keep using doctor seaweed though .
