Helps son fall asleep

We bought a smaller sized product to try and so far, it seems to be working great. Helping my teenage son fall asleep much easier. I’ll be purchasing a full sized bottle soon.

I was sceptical about this product, having tried numerous others to help me sleep better - but Rest has really worked for me. Very impressed and will be purchasing again.

Indi Rest is helpful for sleep. I found the single pipette dose or 0.5ml enough and found it helped from the first night. I found the 1ml dose made me feel slightly sleepy until late morning. But that’s down to individual metabolism.
