Walnut Wireless Charging Pad

over a 3 week debacle waiting for my order. I was overcharged and never reimbursed for the balance. I ordered direct from company. thinking I would get better service. and not give Amazon my money. the wood charger was out of stock. after waiting over a week for shipping info. even after the website says fast shipping most orderes leave the next day. I emailed asking. waited 3 days for a response. where I asked to pay for expedited delivery and to replace the wood door standard black. 5 days went by them they said the would reimburse me for the balance and upgrade me to expedited delivery and they would repay it. they did not. order came 9 days later. after about 7 emails I'm pretty sure they will not be reimbursing me. I will never order from mous again.
