I feel a significant focus difference in my brain and mind . I started use it 5 days and then 2 days off. And now Sometimes I don’t need it at all other times I need 2 in one day depending on my brain. I don’t need it daily but I’m sure glad to have it when I’m brain tired due to stressful work.
