Wasnt sure if it was hype, but took a chance and bought a four pack. Only tried the Red wine so far, but without asking, everybody at dinner commented on how great the dressing was. usually I put too much or too little vinegar, with this was able to get great flavor without too much bitterness. Will buy again.

I use vinegar frequently when cooking and salad dressings / vinaigrettes. I ordered these because I was intrigued by the German method used to make them. They are by far the best vinegars I've ever used or tasted! Will be a regular customer. 🙂
