Kono Nutrition Full Body Hydrate is the best! It is so much better for your body than other store-bought brands, and I can feel the difference. And it tastes good - I like citrus. I like to drink it cold, but my sister mixes it with hot water like a tea.

This is the best clean electrolyte supplement I could find! I was looking for a citric acid that wasn't produced in the presence of, or exposed to mold, and a low glycemic sweetener that wasn't stevia. (yuck) This was IT! Not too sweet, great lemony flavor, and my body responds well, especially since its been a hot summer for us. Its become a daily staple! Bonus, the company alligns with my food goals. (Clean sustainable food for all)

I’ve tried lots of different electrolytes and this one is my favorite! I love the clean ingredients and it tastes really yummy, light and refreshing. I like that it’s not super high in salt like some other electrolytes too.
