There’s a weird trend lately where gym equipment tries to look like a prop from a sci-fi movie. This single-handed tricep rope clearly didn't get the memo, and thank God for that. It’s exactly what it looks like: a heavy-duty rope, a solid stopper, and a metal eyelet that doesn't feel like it’s made of recycled soda cans.

Does what it’s supposed too
If you want to do single arm tricep movements then I definitely recommend this. Mixing it up makes workouts feel less stale. Also I find that for some exercises I get a better mind muscle connection when I do single arm versus both arms at the same time.

Worked out just fine
I was looking for a standard rope attachment and was out of stock. Decided to get 2 of these single ones and realized how awesome it worked out with the All-in-one trainer as I can attach one per cable pulley.
