I have RND 542, a fully loaded Anamod ATS-1, a ZULU, and at FATSO. This nails the low end bump and bloom and hi frequency crispness of analog tape better than all of them. A worthy upgrade to Silver Bullet owners who mix rock/punk/country/roots/metal etc, as I do!

The Tape 79 module has really expanded the pallette of the Silver Bullet mk2. I have auditioned each of the variations within my workflow, and settled on the Ampex. It is just what the doctor ordered.
