Interesting and earthy

I had been waiting for this cheese to become available and it was worth the wait. I think my title sums it up for me. It’s soft and earthy. I really enjoy your soft black truffle cheese and it has some of the same notes. It’s a great cheese to share with friends.

I really like this cheese. The only challenge I have with it is that I have to double wrap it or my fridge becomes too fragrant.
