Gooda Gouda

I received both Gouda and TomaRashi cheeses recently. Both are outstanding! I followed a recipe for a baked shredded chicken buffalo dip using the TomaRashi as the main cheese…it was a total hit at the Super Bowl party! The Gouda is next on my “try list!”

As older established people, gifts of activities and adventure are far more meaningful than trinkets. So I gifted my man a Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese box, which was both an activity and an adventure! The Gouda was stunning… thankfully we have one more chunk available!
