Broken wire on thermal couple

When I got the grill put together it did not work. I traced the problem to a broken wire going to the temperature prob. It was in the bundle of wires under the grill. I had to repair it. Grill works great now. Love it.

My first

I was impressed with the quality of the grill. I put it to use and it held temp perfectly. I told my kids I was bored because I didn't have to keep checking temp. I guess I'll be doing more sides!

The BFG is in its own category, not only is it a beautiful design but it smokes like a champ. The other thing that makes this grill stand out is the customer service, I had two issues when I received it and Recteq friendly and helpful customer service stepped up with no problem and because of the convenience they shipped me a gift out of their catalog and let me even pick.
