Gooddes or Greens
As a 62 yr old who did not hit menopause until 59 i had always use the Green but swapped to Goddess Elixir this year. It helps with several symptoms, dry skin, irritation, hair loss/growth, nail growth, Both products save multiple supplement tablets just not sure yet which one I love most!
