Menopause Support

Great and only first month, but seems to be working . I am struggling to remember to take them after lunch, having been used to taking other products in the morning, but getting there!

In all honesty I’m not one for writing reviews but on this occasion… I have to! I take my Nu Mind bag of treats after lunch, it honestly gives my brain a fighting chance to smash through the afternoon slump, my thoughts are sharper and it honestly lifts my mood! I’m hooked and I’ve tried so many things, including greens powders and other herbal remedies…. But this is on another level. Consistency is key for sure. Can’t rate it highly enough!

Thought I'd give this a go. Having read reviews knew it would take a little while but I'm very happy as definitely feeling brighter and my tummy is feeling the benefit too. Don't know quite how it works but it does (for me at least) will recommend to others ...
