Menopause Support

Been taking these for over a month now. Not sure how well they are working yet but I love the idea that they cover everything from vitamins to other essential things we ladies need during menopause. I save the magnesium tablets for bedtime which helps me sleep.

On my second month now and I am feeling like I have more energy and calmer in myself. Menopause belly also feeling like it is going down so hoping this continues. Easy to take too.

I am finding it like this product. I have suffered stress and trauma and have always had a "cortisol ' theory.I am only on month two and am presently justifying to my husband why I need to continue as the expense is a lot to our budget. I Know I do sleep better ,my skin is changing and is going to be a long time to see weight drop off but I am now making better food choices in my new calmer way.
