Finally found a Magnesium that works

I was in an awful pattern of not sleeping, waking at 2am and not being able to get back to sleep. This had gone on for months and I had tried different magnesium supplements without success. I have been using Oshun since January and can honestly say that I have broke the 2am wake up cycle 🙌🏼

Deep sleep

My sleep isn’t great and I never seemed to get much deep sleep and would wake up feeling mentally groggy, since I started taking Oshun I have seen a big improvement in my deep sleep unlike other supplements I had tried previously

This makes the water taste good when mixed with Oshun electrolyte, I slept much better too, and I'm not as stiff as I was.
