Excellent

THe mussels I ordered arrived frozen in a timely manner and I was able to pop them into the freezer right out of the box. They are delicious and cook up very nicely. I have tried them in a number of different dishes and they do not disappoint. Today I had Filipino Ginger Lime mussels. Delicious!

I ordered green mussels. The muscles were fantastic and the taste was fabulous. There were a few cracked shells, but I don’t think you could do anything about that. It was well packed.

I ordered green mussels. The muscles were fantastic and the taste was fabulous. There were a few cracked shells, but I don’t think you could do anything about that. It was well packed.
