Hydration Support

Was between these and a competitors brand, went with needed because of the ingredient list. Ive been mixing one packet in a 32oz water bottle and loving the flavor. I’m in my 3rd tri experiencing major heartburn and acid reflux which had me skeptical about getting citrus flavors. It hasnt bothered me at all, thank goodness, because everything else has. Its truly perfect! A light flavor that gets me through the day. No bad after-taste. Definitely saving me!

Life saver

I drink one of these hydration packs every single day. It has been a life saver when I feel like I can’t possibly hydrate enough during pregnancy/ postpartum and the flavors are delicious.

I am hooked on these

Wish I had these electrolyte packets with my first pregnancy and breastfeeding journey but I only discovered them after having my second baby and breastfeeding journey. I just couldn’t drink enough water. I was always so thirsty. My doula recommended these to me. I dont like fake sugars and these were perfect for that. Taste is mild, not overbearing or overly sweet. Just right. I actually even give them to my very active 6 year old son. Wish they made them in more flavors actually. So worth the price.
