Really tasty hydration
These packets are convenient and tasty. I love that they are 3rd party tested and don’t have stevia. Really great taste and essential for the summer heat as a mom in her 3rd trimester! These will be packed in my hospital bag for labor.

Love these electrolytes!
These are by far my favorite electrolytes. They are too strong (salty), have great flavors and overall are a great addition to my workouts every day. I love that Needed has gone above and beyond to see what is moms need. I fully trust their expertise and am so thankful for these!

Refreshing and Clean Ingredients
I like this electrolyte pack for the clean ingredients. I expected the flavor to be a bit more tart, but it tastes more like lemonade than lemon. It's best served cold or over ice water. Light and refreshing. I take them with me and have been using them throughout my pregnancy.
