Refreshing and Clean Ingredients
I like this electrolyte pack for the clean ingredients. I expected the flavor to be a bit more tart, but it tastes more like lemonade than lemon. It's best served cold or over ice water. Light and refreshing. I take them with me and have been using them throughout my pregnancy.

Not too salty!
I used this brand while pregnant but switched to another postpartum. I found it to be too salty and switched back to Needed. Very happy to be back!!
