Bye bye low back pain
As someone with a physically demanding job my lower back pan was something I needed to fix sooner than later. The Nordstick has done just that and I am thankful for being pain free. The ability to do so many exercises with one piece of equipment has also freed up vital space in my garage which is a huge plus.
