Wall-Mounted Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar

Great Pull Up Bar

This bar is well constructed and provides several grip options. It is well constructed. There were a few minor scratches on the bar when received but they won't effect usage. Had a friend assist with the mounting which made things super easy.

Not enough room to kip for pull ups, bar muscle ups, and toes to bar,

I went to the REP SHOWROOM IN Moreno Valley to check out this wall mounted pull up rig Prior to purchasing it. They did not have it wall mounted in their showroom so I could not fully test it out. It was mounted to on a rig. My biggest concern was with it being wall mounted would I have enough room to do kipping pull ups and bar muscle ups…. I was told that I most definitely could…. What I found out after installing it onto the wall, it does not allow for a kip…. Facing the wall my feet hit the wall on the forward swing / facing away from the wall my feet hit the wall on the back swing…. So, I’m really disappointed in my purchase it does not allow me to work on those movements… even on toes to bar I hit the wall. 😩😕☹️. My other REP purchases either through Amazon or purchased through REP directly I have great reviews for.

Bar itself, solid

Similar to other reviews, a few scrapes through the coating on arrival, which is annoying for the price point. The lack of a template is difficult because you need two people to install the bar. 5/5 without these issues. 3+/4- as above. Chose 3/5 because no intermediate options, and this is not cheap IMO.
