This honestly tastes so over powerful and gross when mixed in any drink the way that the direction say that you should do it. I personally just have to put a scoop on my tongue or under my tongue and then drink the beverage. I feel like for some reason, I don’t taste it as much whenever I do it that way the benefits are absolutely wonderful which is what makes it worth still taking even though it doesn’t taste great

We have been using this magnesium for about 2 years now. Its the best out there! It has helped us so much to feel calm, relaxed, sleep better including my 4 year old. Overall wellness !!
