As a husband buying my wife two beautiful leather belts. I swung and missed on the size.. again! Your return policy and all the mechanics there of were smooth as silk. I talked with one customer service person who was outstanding, got me everything I needed, dropped it off at the USPS mail service on next day. Three days later her two new belts arrived. (Houston, Tx) in the correct size. You make me look so good!

Compared to the other belts I have purchased AND gifted this one leaves much to be desired. I’m especially unimpressed with the buckle. The leather was just OK again compared to the others I’ve purchased and/or gifted.

High-quality leather. Pay attention to the fit instructions and then check it twice. This is my third Hanks belt. I expect it will be the last three belts I ever own!
