First I'll say I'm impressed by the fact that after reaching out with a problem, a replacement was shipped. I also appreciated the speed of shipping.
My mixed feelings come in, where the listing says that there will be 4 grafts per tree. The 1st 2 trees I received had 1 graft and 0. The replacement for the 0 graft tree also only had 1 graft. I'm over the idea that any other action would end with any other result.
Lastly, the 2 trends I ordered originally were shipped in the same box with the buckets on top of the leaves of the other. This caused significant damage to one tree (thankfully the 0 graft tree, which needed replaced regardless.)
