I would recommend it as a preventative. I've been able to stop purchasing other supplements (zinc, D3, VitaFusion, etc.) because it contains all this and quercetin. I had a heart bypass and my cardiologist has advised against the covid shots, so I take BioShield. It has enhanced my natural immunity and protects me from many illnesses.
