After several weeks of weekly ruck walk exercise I have noted a significant loss of downtime from harder workouts when using the Dynamic Joint supplement.

I switched to Stonehenge "Joint" supplements from a different brand about one month ago and I do believe I feel my joints are less stiff and sore than before. Hoping to feel more relief the longer I use Stonehenge, but for now it seems like it has been an improvement over the former supplement I was using.
