I have only been taking this for 21 days but I can already see and feel that my skin is softer and has less wrinkles. The price is great and they make it so easy to re-order. My hair feels thicker and my nails are growing faster. Great product!!!!

I really love that these come in capsules. Makes them so much easier to swallow than the hard horse pills at Walmart. I really do feel better and my skin looks better since I recieved and started taking these

I havent seen much improvement in my skin and hair, but it hasnt even been a month yet! I dont like that it is 4 pills a day either
