I have been using this product for years. I love it. I use the unflavored version and mix it with my tea. Not noticeable taste wise and mixes well. Break a nail....no big deal, it grows back within the week.

I have been using the vanilla and the unflavored for several months. I add it to my coffee every morning. I have noticed that my skin feels soft and I have a glow. These have been years since I have noticed this. The reason I made that comment is that I have had numerous surgeries in the last 35 years. I have also lost a lot of weight throughout my stomach, too! That was the weight area. I have not had surgery in the last year. I cannot say the product helped me. But, I sure was using it!
