Love it, small incremental temperature control, soft cover, large enough to cover my entire back.

It stopped working after 2 weeks of light use. Have tried to call the help number and i keep getting disconnected. I sent an email, no response yet. I was expecting a high quality item but very disappointed.
Will update if they ever get back to me
