Meteor MINI Recovery Bundle

I’m torn by this one. The product is wonderful however there ordering system (where they mark items as in stock when they are knowingly on back order) and their customer service was terrible. I placed an order the week of thanksgiving for Christmas only to call them three weeks later to have them tell me it was out of stock only to see it listed as in stock on their website. I had to contact them several more times after they got the item in stock to actually get it sent. It topped off with them generating a shipping label only to have to call them over a week later after it had not arrived to find out they had not shipped it. I got several apologies but no actual help until contacting them sufficiently. Long story short, i placed an order for an item on November 28th and received it on January 13th, while it was listed in stock on their website virtually the entire time.
