Fast delivery for a part that really should have come with the Moccamaster in the first place. It arrived from Canada to the Netherlands in just a few days. The import taxes were about the same as the price of the part itself. That’s just bad luck and, of course, not at all the seller’s fault. All in all, very good. 10/10.
