We offer a Bridle Leather pad for those who use their shoulder strap frequently. All the Accessories will slide over our hardware, no need to send your strap in, you can take care of the upgrade yours

A little challenging to get on the backpack strap, but so far so good.
The pad is sturdy and of course smells lovely. It’s a little stiff right now, though I imagine the stiffness will ease with use. I’m satisfied with the pad and happy with my purchase. Mostly I would just recommend that Frost River change the name of the item to “Shoulder Pad”, singular, because nowhere that I could find on the item page is there a clear statement that only one pad (rather than multiple, as implied by the item title) is included.
