Doesn't fit.
Description said the chain would fit my 9-speed e-bike, and it doesn't fit. Way too much slack to be considered even close. Tried to engage customer service for a return or exchange protocol, with no response. Sad.

Great product and great service
I bought this chain for my wifes E bike. It was the same as what came on the bike and runs very smoothly. Great product and great service from KMC!
