The maple block is awesome I grated it into my coffee and it's the perfect sweetness and the maple flavor is divine! Also awesome shaved over ice cream!

I purchased two blocks to try out. It is a convenient way to have sweetener on hand for coffee and hot tea when out and about. Always have with me in backpack. Their maple syrup is also a great. Pleasure doing business with a small company!
